WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
Design by Adrian Lorenzo art prints (merchandise) are made-to-order to help reduce environmental waste and to keep prices low for our customers. We don’t have an inventory of items. All items are custom printed per your request so we don’t accept returns or exchanges except for defective merchandise. Please be careful to take proper measurements (use provided sizing chart) when ordering sizes. Use our art preview tool to see how the piece you're considering will look in your space.
In order to maintain the integrity of original artwork, we don't accept returns. This policy works to limit the amount of times the artwork is exposed to potential damage during transportation such as improper packaging, mishandling, heat exposure, accidents, etc. Make sure you love what you are investing in before you hit the 'Buy' button.
- All sales are final unless proof of defective merchandise is provided.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your merchandise is carefully packaged and arrives safely to its destination. If you experience an issue with your shipment (damaged or defective merchandise), please take the following steps within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take photos of the damage or defect.
- Email photos to contact@designbyadrianlorenzo.com.
- Include your order number in the email.
- Keep all packaging.
- Send information within 48 hours of delivery.
- Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt to obtain a full refund or replacement.
REFUND WITHOUT A RETURN If merchandise arrives slightly damaged and you don't want to go through the headache of returning or exchanging it, you have the option to keep your item and receive a partial refund. Partial refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. Send an email to contact@designbyadrianlorenzo.com within 48 hours of delivery following the same steps above.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All made-to-order art print sales are final. If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@designbyadrianlorenzo.com within 24hours of purchase.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days after safe receipt of returned merchandise.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
We'll provide you with a return label for any approved return/exchange for damaged or defective merchandise. To start a claim, please send an email to contact@designbyadrianlorenzo.com within 48 hours of delivery.
